Milwaukee at 20 Below
Photographer & author: Masha During the last twp weeks of January, Milwaukee was buried by a snowstorm and then the temperatures dropped to 20 below without the windchill, with the windchill it dropped to 50 below zero. The temperatures transformed Lake Michigan.
